Dr. Elise Harper is a summa cum laude graduate of Rice University. She completed medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where she graduated with highest honors. Dr. Harper went on to receive her specialty training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham after which she entered private practice in 1999. Dr. Harper had the honor of serving as Chairman of Obstetrics/Gynecology at Richardson Regional Medical Center in 2003. She has a reputation for having "a warm bedside manner'' and enjoys her career as physician, wife and mother of four. While Dr. Harper works resolutely to maintain her clinical and academic excellence, she never ceases her caring personal touch with her patients.
